ANOC mourns loss of Sinisa Kisic, Vice President of NOC of Bosnia and Herzegovina

ANOC is deeply saddened to learn that Mr. Sinisa Kisic the Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina has passed away.

Kisic made an invaluable contribution to the Olympic Movement in Bosnia and Herzegovina both as an elite athlete and an experienced NOC leader. He played an critical role in the unification of the Sport System of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During a decorated career, Kisic held many significant positions including President of the NOC of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Member of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, President of the National Volleyball Federation and the First Mayor of Brčko District.

Kisic will be remembered as a good friend, very reliable person and a dedicated member of the Olympic Family.

ANOC’s thoughts are with Kisic’s friends and family during this difficult time.
