ANOC opens NOC nomination process for ANOC Presidency

ANOC has this week officially invited NOCs to submit nominations for the ANOC Presidency, which will be voted on at the ANOC General Assembly on 7-8 December 2026 in Hong Kong, China.

The ANOC General Assembly will elect the president for a four-year term, 2026-2030.

As per the ANOC Constitution, for nominations to be eligible they must be submitted to ANOC by an NOC and endorsed by at least one other NOC by no later than 9 September 2026. ANOC will then send the final names of the nominees for the presidency to the NOCs by no later than 9 October 2026.

Each Continental Association must also notify ANOC who it has elected to be its ANOC Vice President by no later than 9 October 2026. Should any Continental Association wish for its ANOC Vice President to run for the position of ANOC Senior Vice President, they must also notify ANOC in this same communication.

By no later than 24 October 2026, the names of the nominees for the ANOC Senior Vice President will be sent to NOCs. The election for the ANOC Senior Vice President will also be held at the General Assembly.
