The XXIII ANOC General Assembly convened on 28-29 November 2018.
A record-breaking 1,400 delegates attended the meeting with all 206 NOCs represented for the first time in recent years. NOC representatives were joined by stakeholders from throughout the Olympic Movement including the IOC, International Federations, Organising Committees and Bid Committees.
