ANOC headquarters hosts International Coaching Enrinchment Certificate Program (ICEP) Graduation Ceremony

The ANOC headquarters in Lausanne today hosted the ICEP Graduation Ceremony which was delivered by Olympic Solidarity, the United States Olympic Committee and the University of Delaware.

The ICEP aims to provide national level coaches and those responsible for the development of the sport national coaching structures in their countries with training to identify and develop athletes, but also provides them with the skills needed to educate aspiring coaches in their home country.

During the ceremony there were speeches from Dr. Matt Robinson (University of Delaware) & Carolina Bayón (USOC) Co-Directors of the ICECP Program as well as USOC CEO Scott Blackmun and Yassine Yousfi, Head of Coaches Section, Olympic Solidarity. IOC Sports Director Kit McConnell also made an address before IOC Member Octavian Morariu gave the keynote address. Finally, Dragomir Cioroslan, Director, International Strategies & Development made a motivational speech before the graduation certificates were presented to the coaches.

The participants in the programme had been in Lausanne since 1 May taking part in a series of tutorials and International Federation site visits ahead of their graduation.
