While the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games drew to a spectacular close on Sunday 5 November 2023, there is still plenty of opportunity to relive the highlights of the fantastic event on ANOC.tv.

This year’s Games made history as 34 NOCs won medals – more than any previous edition. The USA finished top of the medal table with 124 gold medals and 286 in total. Brazil finished second with 66 gold medals and 205 total and Mexico was third with 52 golds and 142 in total.

Among the medallists in Chile were a number of former ANOC Award winners, including 2021 ANOC Award winner Maggie Mac Neil who won 5 gold medals, one silver and one bronze and 2019 ANOC Award winner Julio Cesar La Cruz who won gold in the men’s 92kg boxing.

The Games took place on 20 October to 5 November and saw nearly 7,000 athletes compete across 60 disciplines.
