Guam National Olympic Committee hosts Guam Youth Sports Festival

Guam National Olympic Committee celebrated Olympic Day and the return of sport by hosting the Guam Youth Sports Festival.

The event, was held from 18 – 20 June 2021 and took place at various sport venues such as the Wettengel Rugby Field, Piti Softball Field, Paseo Stadium, central Lanes Bowling Center as well as the Fudoshin Training Center.

The  Festival was not only aimed at athletes but also included high school students and graduates, and young people aged between 7 – 18 years old, as well as fans. The event included learning Rugby skills, being part of a Wrestling Camp, enjoying a Bowling Fun Day, competing in Track and Field events as well as watching the Girls softball tournament and the Guam National U18 Baseball Team competing in the Guam Major League.
