
Saudi Arabia to host the 7th Asian Indoor Martial Arts Games 2025
As Saudi Arabia is hosting the 7th Asian Indoor Martial Arts Games in 2025 for the first time in its history, President of the Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee (SOPC), HRH Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki Al Faisal, and Vice-Governor of Riyadh Province, HRH Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Al Saud alongside the OCA Acting President Mr. Raja Randhir Singh signed the hosting contract of the Asian Indoor Martial Arts Games at the Riyadh Green Halls in Prince Faisal bin Fahad Olympic Complex.
The NOC President offered his gratitude to King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for their unconditional support of Saudi sports in a manner that contributed to placing Saudi Arabia in the front line of advanced countries in sports. He also offered his gratitude and appreciation to HRH Prince of Riyadh Province for signing the hosting contract, and for Mr. Raja Randhir Sing and the Asian Olympic family for their trust in Saudi Arabia and Riyadh to be the home of this prestigious Asian sporting festival.
HRH Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki Al Faisal affirmed that the Saudi sport has moved forward globally by hosting several world sporting events and championships, most notably, the 2034 Asian Games and the 2023 World Combat Games and also that hosting the Asian Indoor Martial Arts Games is the beginning of its journey of holding several Asian competitions in the years to come.
Riyadh won the bid to host the Asian Indoor Martial Arts Games during the 40th OCA General Assembly held in Dubai last November.
