ANOC statement on IOC decision regarding Russia

ANOC fully supports the IOC’s decision to suspend the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) whilst creating a path for clean individual athletes to compete in PyeongChang 2018 under the Olympic Flag.

ANOC encourages the ROC to collaborate closely with the IOC and WADA in order to protect its clean athletes. Working with the IOC, ANOC will ensure that all NOCs continue to fulfil their responsibility to protect and promote the Olympic Movement and its values within their countries.
