Watch the Opening Ceremony of the Islamic Solidarity Games Live from Riyadh on ANOC.tv
The 6th edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games is officially underway in Riyadh, bringing together 3,500 athletes from 57 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) competing across 23 sports.
While the competitions have already started in futsal, volleyball, and boxing, all eyes now turn to the Opening Ceremony, which will take place this Friday, 7 November, at 20:00 Riyadh time — and will be broadcast live on ANOC.tv.
A Unique ANOC.tv Experience from the Heart of the Athletes’ Village
For the first time, ANOC.tv Studios have been set up in the very heart of the Athletes’ Village, creating exclusive and behind-the-scenes content that brings fans closer than ever to their favourite athletes’ journeys.
Beyond supporting the 57 NOCs in their communications, this initiative opens a unique window into daily life at the Games, offering fans a fresh, authentic perspective on the event.
Throughout the competition, each NOC will have its own dedicated page on ANOC.tv, featuring daily highlights, exclusive interviews filmed in the ANOC.tv Studios, and the best moments from their athletes’ performances.
Legacy and Innovation
This project is the result of a strong partnership between the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) and the Islamic Solidarity Sports Association (ISSA), founded on a long-term vision that combines legacy and innovation.
This collaboration aims to leave a meaningful legacy by integrating local professionals into the photography and coordination teams — fostering new skills and opportunities within the host community.
At the same time, the initiative represents a new model for digital innovation in multi-sport events.
Through ANOC.tv, the dedicated NOC sections, and the ANOC Digital Content Hub, the platform centralizes and amplifies all Games content, allowing fans worldwide to connect instantly with the athletes’ stories, achievements, and emotions in real time.
