PANAM SPORTS PROMOTES INSTITUTIONAL PROFESSIONALIZATION WITH A SERIES OF EXECUTIVE WORKSHOPS FOR NOCs

Panam Sports announces the launch of a series of virtual Executive Workshops designed to strengthen the management and leadership of its member National Olympic Committees. This initiative comes in direct response to requests made by various committees during individual meetings held throughout 2025.

The workshops will be held on Mondays in January 2026 (12th, 19th, and 26th) in webinar format via the Zoom platform. Each session will begin at 10:00 a.m. (Miami time) and will last approximately one hour. The invitation is open to any member of the NOCs, as well as national federations and other interested parties.

“These workshops are dedicated to our secretaries general of the Olympic Committees that are members of Panam Sports. During this meeting, we will analyze their role from the perspective of the International Olympic Committee, as well as learn about three specific examples of NOCs that will talk to you about the functions they perform in their structures, the main challenges they face in their daily management, and the good practices that strengthen governance and institutional efficiency. Without a doubt, it will be an excellent opportunity for us to reflect, exchange experiences, and strengthen capacities among our Olympic Committees,” said Jimena Saldaña, Secretary General of Panam Sports.
